Handi-House Standard Features
Plywood Floors are constructed with 2×6 floor joist covered with 3/4” tongue & groove exterior grade plywood. The floor joists are mounted on 4X6 treated skids. The skids are notched out for each joist to be set in place. These features are hidden under the floor but are so important in the strength of any storage building.
Wood Frame Buildings are constructed with 2×4 southern yellow pine. We use 1×4 lumber for belt rails.
Steel Stud Buildings are computer- engineered, designed and framed with galvanized “cees”, 24 on center. Every piece of framing is specifically designed, engineered, cut and drilled for each individual building. The frame pieces are then screwed together in a precise manner, as the screw holes are already pre-drilled.
Siding Available in Aluminum, Steel, Cedar, T1-11 and Vinyl. Multiple colors to choose from.
Roofing materials include Aluminum, Asphalt shingles and Galvalume Steel. Colored roofs are additional cost.
Types of Wiring: #12 wire in 1/2” EMT Conduit or Romex wire. We are not responsible for electrical codes due to different codes from city to city, or state to state.
