At Pineora Handi-House, we know our future depends on you, our valued customer. Because of this, all Handi-Houses meet the requirements of the Southern Standard Building Code and the South Florida Building Code. We guarantee our siding against rust and corrosion for 20 years as specified by our supplier. We also guarantee against workmanship defects for 5 years.

Standard Features:
Floors are constructed with 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 floor joist covered with either 5/8" or 3/4" tongue & groove exterior underlayment plywood, dependant on the size of the building. The floor joists are mounted on 4 x 6" treated skids. The skids are notched out for each joist to be set in place. These features are hidden under the floor, but are crucial to the overall strength of any storage building.

All wood frame structures (walls and rafters) are constructed with 2 x 4" spruce lumber which has proven to be straighter and cleaner than your average studs. We use 1 x 4" lumber for belt rails that are dadoed in the 2 x 4" framing.

All wiring is #12 wire in 1/2" EMT Conduit or Romex wire, dependant on the unit ordered.

A variety of doors are available, from roll-up doors, mobile home type doors, or standard aluminum with piano hinges and T-locks. Double doors are also available in either aluminum or mobile home type doors.

 
           
     

Eve:
The Eve style building has a gable style roof, with 2 x 4" spruce for the interior framing. Behind each rafter, between the stud and truss, is a metal band to give extra strength to the frame. Exterior aluminum is available in many colors and metal designs.


  
       
 
     

New Type Eve:
The New-Type-Eve has the same gable roof design and frame as the "Eve" unit except it is standard without the boxed overhang. All New-Type-Eves have a rugged Handi-House aluminum door. This is our most popular and economical unit. Can also be built as a turn around aluminum roof for the same price

 
       
 
     

Cedar Building:
This building is designed to give you all the looks of a storage building constructed on site. It is available with a shingled or metal roof and fits in well in subdivisions that restrict aluminum units, or require your storage building to match your home.

 
       
 
     
Barn Unit:
The Barn-Style Unit was designed for looks and style to go along with its rugged construction. This high quality unit is constructed with 2 x 4" spruce lumber, and a mobile home type door.
 
       
 
     

Double Wide Unit:
This unit is constructed with a heavy-duty truss system to support its extra size. These units are set up like our Eve or New Type Eve style buildings but are built in one or more units and the units are put together on the job site. Sizes available from 16 x 20 to
24 x 30. These units can also be constructed with steel studs.

A-Frame Carport:
29 gauge steel with a baked on finish in a variety of colors. All of our carports have a 12 gauge 2 1/4" square tubing frame for increased structural strength. These carports can also be used to cover campers and motor homes.  Enclosed units also available.

Enclosed Carport:
These enclosed carports can be used for garages or workshops. The sizes range from 12 ft. wide x 21 ft. long to 30 ft. wide x 51 ft. long, depending on how much room you need. Height of sides start at 6 ft. and can go up to 10 ft. Roll up garage doors, windows and entry doors can also be customized to fit your needs. The customer is responsible for having the concrete poured for this unit.

Steel Stud Greenhouse:
All greenhouses are standard with wiring in 1/2" EMT conduit with light and receptacles, wire mesh shelving on three walls, and a 32" mobile home type door with a window for ventilation. Options include thermostat-controlled exhaust fans, sprinkler systems and treated floors.

 

  
       
 
     
Guard Shacks:
This building is built with security in mind. It is ideal for job sites, or entrances gates. This will protect your employees from the elements. Can be paneled and insulated from the factory for immediate use.
 
       
 
     
Lean-To:
This custom built unit is made for tight, hard-to get-to places that average storage buildings will not fit.
 
       
 
     
T1-11:
This building is made out of T-1-11 and is available with a metal roof or shingled roof. This building is designed to fit into a neighborhood that restricts aluminum buildings and you can paint or stain the T-1-11 to match your home.
**For the Handyman who wants the exact same vinyl as your house, this style can be covered with OSB and delivered to your residence for you to install the vinyl.
 
       
 
     
Turn-Around with Shingles:
The "Turn-Around" unit is available in either our "Eve" or "New-Type-Eve style with a reverse gable roof structure. The long, sloping roof was designed to give a different look that could meet the architecture of other buildings comparable in looks. This unit is standard with the same options as the "Eve" or "New-Type-Eve."
 
           
     
Mighty Mite:
This unit was designed to offer good looks with durable storage at a price as low as our market can manage. It features a gable roof and aluminum type door, and is available in many color choices.
 
           
     

Playhouse or Dollhouse:
These units are standard with a small porch (usually 2 ft.) but the size of porch can be specified by each customer. When your child outgrows the playhouse, you can use it for storage!
